About Sarah:<\/h4>\n

Hi, my name is Sarah Hecker. I am a California native but lived in Oregon for over 20 years. I received my bachelors degree from Southern Oregon University in Ashland, Oregon. I met my wonderful and supportive husband while at college in 1995 and we married in 1996. I received my Elementary Education degree in 1999 and then worked as a school teacher for 8 years off and on. I have 3 amazing children. My husband\u2019s job moved us to back to California in 2012. Shortly after the move I switched careers to become an appraiser. My very good appraiser friend taught me the ropes. I love my job and I could not be happier. Three years ago, my husband and I were blessed with our first grandbaby, and he is such a blessing. I enjoy my job for many reasons, but my favorite is working hard to make sure people are well informed about appraisals. I look forward to continuing my career and becoming the best appraiser I can be.<\/p>\n

What is one thing about you that might surprise people?<\/h4>\n

I have a horse and love to trail ride.<\/p>\n

What flavor Starburst are you and why?<\/h4>\n

I am green because I am an Oregon Duck fan (College football).<\/p>\n

What characteristic do you most admire in others?<\/h4>\n

I admire people who are smart, kind, and willing to help educate people in a positive manner.<\/p>\n

What\u2019s the first concert you attended?<\/h4>\n

When I turned 40 my husband took me to see Metallica. (It was awesome)<\/p>\n

What is your greatest accomplishment?<\/h4>\n
